Blast 10 mg Tablet is a medication used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation in various conditions such as arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, and menstrual cramps.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
10 mg once daily, or as directed by physician. Max 20 mg/day.
Elderly
Initial dose 5 mg once daily, adjust based on renal function.

Use with caution. Dosage reduction may be required. Not recommended for severe impairment.
How to Take
Take orally with food or milk to minimize gastrointestinal upset.
Mechanism of Action
Blast 10 mg inhibits the activity of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, particularly COX-2, which are responsible for the synthesis of prostaglandins, mediators of pain and inflammation.
