Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
25 mg (5 mL) once daily.
Elderly
No specific dosage adjustment is generally required, but caution is advised in patients with renal impairment.

For moderate to severe renal impairment (CrCl < 50 mL/min), consider 25 mg (5 mL) every other day. Consult a physician.
How to Take
