Elderly

No specific dosage adjustment is required for elderly patients, as systemic absorption is minimal.

Renal_impairment

No dosage adjustment is necessary for patients with renal impairment due to the negligible systemic absorption of the topical cream.

Onset

Symptomatic relief (e.g., itching, burning) may begin within a few days of consistent treatment. Complete resolution of the infection usually requires several weeks.

Excretion

Excretion of systemically absorbed drug and its metabolites occurs mainly via the urine and feces. However, systemic excretion is negligible due to poor absorption.

Half life

Due to minimal systemic absorption, a clinically significant systemic half-life is not established.

Absorption

Systemic absorption after topical application is minimal, resulting in very low plasma concentrations. The drug primarily remains localized in the stratum corneum.
