Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
For vaginal candidiasis: 150 mg single oral dose. For other infections: 50-400 mg once daily, depending on the type and severity of infection.
Elderly
No specific dose adjustment for elderly unless renal impairment is present; refer to renal impairment guidelines.
Renal_impairment
Dose reduction required based on creatinine clearance; e.g., CrCl 21-50 mL/min, 50% of recommended dose.
How to Take
