- •Severe hepatic impairment in combination with renal impairment
Drug Interactions
Digoxin
Increased digoxin levels, monitor levels.
Warfarin
May potentiate anticoagulant effects, monitor INR.
Oral contraceptives
May reduce efficacy of hormonal contraceptives.
Statins (e.g., simvastatin, lovastatin)
Increased risk of myopathy, rhabdomyolysis.

Overdose
