Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Secondary Amenorrhea: 5-10 mg daily for 5-10 days. Abnormal Uterine Bleeding: 5-10 mg daily for 5-10 days. Endometriosis: 10 mg 3 times daily for 90 consecutive days. Hormone Replacement Therapy: 2.5-5 mg daily continuously or 5-10 mg for 10-14 days monthly.
Elderly
Generally similar to adult dosage, but caution with concomitant diseases and polypharmacy.
Renal_impairment
No specific dosage adjustment is generally needed for renal impairment, but caution should be exercised.
How to Take
