For external use only. Apply a thin film of cream evenly to the hyperpigmented areas of the face, including about 0.5 cm of normal-appearing skin surrounding the lesions. Do not apply to eyes, mouth, nose, or open wounds. Wash hands before and after application.

Hydroquinone works by inhibiting tyrosinase, an enzyme crucial for melanin production. Tretinoin (a retinoid) promotes cell turnover and exfoliation, helping to shed pigmented cells. Mometasone Furoate (a corticosteroid) reduces inflammation and irritation, allowing the other two ingredients to work effectively while minimizing side effects.

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Excessive or prolonged application may lead to increased side effects such as severe irritation, peeling, redness, and sensitivity. Systemic absorption leading to toxicity is unlikely but possible with very large, prolonged application.

Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation due to potential risks to the fetus/infant, particularly with Tretinoin and Mometasone Furoate. A negative pregnancy test is recommended before starting treatment, and effective contraception should be used during treatment.
