Myrica 75 mg Capsule contains Pregabalin, used to treat neuropathic pain, epilepsy, and generalized anxiety disorder. It works by calming overactive nerves.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Initial dose 75 mg twice daily or 50 mg three times daily. May be increased to 150 mg twice daily within 1 week, maximum 300 mg twice daily.
Elderly
Dose adjustment may be necessary due to potential age-related decrease in renal function. Start with a lower dose.
Renal_impairment
Reduced dosage recommended based on creatinine clearance (e.g., 25-50 mg daily for CrCl 30-60 mL/min).
How to Take
Oral, with or without food. Swallow whole with water.

Side Effects
Contraindications

Drug Interactions
ACE inhibitors

Opioids, Benzodiazepines, Ethanol
