Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Initially 801 mg once daily, adjusted based on response. Max 1602 mg/day.
Elderly
No specific dosage adjustment usually required, but monitor for adverse effects.
Renal_impairment
No dosage adjustment needed for mild to moderate impairment. Use with caution in severe renal impairment.
How to Take
Take orally with food to minimize gastrointestinal upset. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
