Description
Overview of the medicine
Revlixen 25 mg Capsule is an immunomodulating agent used in the management of certain autoimmune conditions. It works by targeting specific pathways involved in inflammation and immune response, thereby reducing disease activity and improving patient symptoms.
Uses & Indications

Mechanism of Action
Revlixen selectively inhibits Janus Kinase (JAK) enzymes, particularly JAK1 and JAK2, which are crucial in the signaling pathways of various cytokines and growth factors involved in inflammatory and immune responses. By blocking these pathways, Revlixen modulates the immune system and reduces inflammation.

Half life
Approximately 4-6 hours.

Rapidly absorbed after oral administration, peak plasma concentration reached within 1-2 hours.
Metabolism
Primarily metabolized in the liver by cytochrome P450 enzymes (CYP3A4 and CYP2D6).
