Betamethasone acts by inducing phospholipase A2 inhibitory proteins, reducing the release of arachidonic acid, and thus suppressing inflammation. Clotrimazole inhibits the biosynthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes, leading to increased cell permeability and death.

• •Viral skin infections (e.g., herpes simplex, varicella)
• •Tuberculosis of the skin
• •Acne rosacea, perioral dermatitis
• •Vaccination lesions

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.

Acute overdose is unlikely with topical application. Prolonged excessive use may lead to systemic corticosteroid effects (e.g., Cushing's syndrome) or local adverse effects (skin atrophy). Symptomatic and supportive treatment.

Use during pregnancy and lactation only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus or infant. Consult a doctor. Prolonged use or application to large areas should be avoided.
