Telfast 30 mg Suspension is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria in children.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Not typically recommended in this strength; adults usually take 60 mg or 120 mg tablets.
Elderly

How to Take
Shake well before use. Administer orally, usually twice daily with water. Can be taken with or without food, but avoid taking with fruit juice.
Mechanism of Action
Fexofenadine is a selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist. It prevents the effects of histamine by blocking its binding to H1 receptors, thereby reducing allergic symptoms.
