Fluticasone Propionate is a synthetic trifluorinated corticosteroid with potent anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties. It acts by inducing phospholipase A2 inhibitory proteins, lipocortins, which control the biosynthesis of potent mediators of inflammation such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes by inhibiting the release of their common precursor, arachidonic acid.

• •Untreated cutaneous infections (viral, bacterial, fungal, parasitic).
• •Acne vulgaris, rosacea, perioral dermatitis.
• •Pruritus without inflammation.

Store below 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.

Acute overdose is unlikely with topical application. Chronic overdose or misuse can lead to systemic corticosteroid effects (e.g., adrenal suppression, Cushing's syndrome). Treatment is symptomatic and supportive; gradual withdrawal if systemic effects occur.

Use during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Topical corticosteroids should be used with caution during lactation. Consult a doctor.
