Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
8 mg once daily, preferably in the evening.
Elderly
No dosage adjustment generally required, but monitor renal function.

Adjust dosage based on creatinine clearance; e.g., 4 mg once daily for moderate impairment.
How to Take
May be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water.
Mechanism of Action
Tinimol Dihydrochloride selectively blocks peripheral H1 receptors, thereby inhibiting the effects of histamine and reducing allergic symptoms.
