For ocular instillation only. Wash hands before use. Tilt head back, pull lower eyelid down to form a pouch, instill drops, and close eye gently. Apply pressure to the lacrimal sac for 1-2 minutes to minimize systemic absorption.

Tropicamide acts as an anticholinergic, blocking muscarinic receptors in the iris sphincter and ciliary body, causing mydriasis and cycloplegia. Phenylephrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic agonist, stimulating the dilator muscle of the iris to cause mydriasis.

• •Known hypersensitivity to Tropicamide, Phenylephrine, or any component of the formulation.
• •Patients with narrow-angle glaucoma or a predisposition to angle-closure glaucoma (e.g., shallow anterior chamber).
• •Known or suspected pheochromocytoma (due to phenylephrine component).

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.

Overdose may lead to exaggerated systemic anticholinergic and adrenergic effects, including severe hypertension, tachycardia, headache, palpitation, dry mouth, blurred vision, flushing, and in rare cases, CNS manifestations like psychosis, convulsions, or coma. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.

Pregnancy Category C. Use only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Caution should be exercised when administered to a nursing mother, as systemic absorption may occur.
