Seek immediate medical attention. Treatment involves gastric lavage, activated charcoal, and N-acetylcysteine for paracetamol overdose.

Paracetamol is generally considered safe in pregnancy at therapeutic doses, but caution with caffeine. Consult a doctor. Both components are excreted in breast milk; use with caution during lactation and consult a healthcare provider.
