Dosage

May potentiate the anticoagulant effect, requiring monitoring of INR/prothrombin time.
Storage

Symptoms of overdose include gastrointestinal effects (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) and disturbances of fluid and electrolyte balance. Hemodialysis may be used to remove the drug from circulation.
