Dosage
Adults

Mechanism of Action
Comfy 2 mg Tablet is thought to enhance the effect of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that inhibits brain activity. This results in reduced neuronal excitability, leading to anxiolytic, sedative, hypnotic, and muscle relaxant properties.

Half life
Approximately 10-20 hours (variable).

Extensively metabolized in the liver, primarily via glucuronidation, to inactive metabolites.
