Daprosis 4 mg Tablet is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with various conditions.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Typically 4 mg once daily, or 2 mg twice daily, as directed by a physician. Max 8 mg/day.
Elderly
Initiate with the lowest effective dose; close monitoring for adverse effects is recommended.
Renal_impairment
Use with caution; dose adjustment may be necessary in severe impairment. Not recommended for severe renal failure.
How to Take
Administer orally with or without food. Taking with food may reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.

Drug Interactions
Lithium
May increase lithium plasma levels, leading to toxicity.
Warfarin
May increase the risk of bleeding.
Diuretics

ACE Inhibitors/ARBs
May diminish the antihypertensive effect and increase the risk of renal impairment.
