Fix-A 25 mg Pediatric Drop is a non-drowsy antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria in children. It helps alleviate sneezing, runny nose, itchy watery eyes, and skin rash/hives.

Adults
Not for adult use in this formulation.
Elderly
Not for elderly use in this formulation.
Children_2_to_11_years
30 mg (1.2 mL, if concentration is 25 mg/mL) once daily.
Renal_impairment_children
For children with impaired renal function, the recommended initial dose is 2.5 mg (0.1 mL, if concentration is 25 mg/mL) once daily. Consult physician for exact titration.
Children_6_months_to_less_than_2_years
15 mg (0.6 mL, if concentration is 25 mg/mL) once daily.
How to Take
Administer orally using the provided calibrated dropper. Can be taken with or without food. Shake well before use.
Mechanism of Action
Fexofenadine is a selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist. It blocks the effects of histamine, a substance produced by the body during an allergic reaction, thereby reducing allergic symptoms.

Antacids containing aluminum or magnesium
May reduce the absorption of fexofenadine. Separate administration by at least 2 hours.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
