Overview of the medicine
Pregabalin is an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain medication. It is used to treat neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, generalized anxiety disorder, and partial-onset seizures.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Initial dose 50-150 mg/day, divided into 2-3 doses. Titrated up to 300-600 mg/day based on response and tolerability.
Elderly
Lower initial doses and slower titration recommended due to potential for decreased renal clearance.

Dosage adjustment required based on creatinine clearance.
How to Take
Take orally with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not crush or chew.
