How to Take
Oral. Administer with or without food. Use a measuring spoon or oral syringe for accurate dosing, especially for children.
Mechanism of Action
Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis primarily in the central nervous system, which contributes to its analgesic and antipyretic effects.
Pharmacokinetics

Pain relief usually within 30-60 minutes, fever reduction within 30 minutes.
Excretion
Mainly excreted in urine as glucuronide and sulfate conjugates.
Half life
1-3 hours in adults, slightly longer in neonates.
