Anticholinergics
May antagonize the prokinetic effect of Vastigrol.
Ketoconazole, Erythromycin
Increased plasma levels of Vastigrol due to CYP3A4 inhibition, increasing risk of QT prolongation.
QT-prolonging drugs (e.g., Amiodarone, Cisapride)
Increased risk of cardiac arrhythmias.
Storage
Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Overdose
Symptoms include drowsiness, disorientation, extrapyramidal reactions. Management is symptomatic and supportive, including gastric lavage and activated charcoal. ECG monitoring is recommended.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Pregnancy Category C. Use only if clearly needed and potential benefits outweigh risks. Not recommended during breastfeeding as it is excreted in breast milk.
