Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Typically 20 mg or 40 mg once daily via IV infusion over 10-30 minutes. Duration varies by indication.
Elderly
No specific dose adjustment required for elderly patients.
Renal_impairment
No dose adjustment required for mild to moderate renal impairment. For severe impairment, caution is advised.
How to Take
Administer intravenously as an injection over at least 3 minutes or as an infusion over 10 to 30 minutes. Do not administer by other routes.

Contraindications
