Shake the bottle well before each use. Measure the prescribed dose accurately using the provided measuring cup or spoon. Can be taken with or without food, but taking it with food may reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.

Flux-125 mg Suspension (Amoxicillin) acts by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. It binds to penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs) located in the bacterial cell wall, which prevents the cross-linking of peptidoglycan polymers, essential for bacterial cell wall integrity and strength. This leads to disruption of the cell wall, ultimately causing bacterial cell lysis and death.

• Known hypersensitivity to penicillin or any component of the formulation.
• History of severe allergic reaction to other beta-lactam antibiotics (e.g., cephalosporins).

Store the dry powder below 30°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep reconstituted suspension in a refrigerator (2-8°C) and discard after 7-14 days (check product leaflet). Do not freeze.

Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and convulsions in rare cases. Treatment should be supportive and symptomatic. Gastric lavage and activated charcoal may be considered if ingestion is recent. Hemodialysis can effectively remove Amoxicillin (the active ingredient of Flux) from circulation.

Pregnancy Category B. Studies in animals have not shown a risk, but there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. Use only if clearly needed. It is excreted in breast milk in small amounts; use with caution in breastfeeding mothers and monitor for adverse effects in the infant (e.g., sensitization, diarrhea, candidiasis).
