Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
200 mg once daily or 200 mg twice daily depending on the severity of the infection. The duration of treatment depends on the infection type and severity.
Elderly
Similar to adult dosage, but dose adjustment may be necessary in case of renal impairment.
Renal_impairment
Dose reduction is recommended for patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 mL/min).
How to Take
Take the capsule orally with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
