Description
Overview of the medicine
Preba 50 mg capsule contains Pregabalin, an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain agent. It is used to treat various conditions including neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and as an adjunctive therapy for partial onset seizures in adults.
Uses & Indications

How to Take
Oral administration, with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole with water.
Mechanism of Action
Pregabalin binds with high affinity to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. This binding modulates the release of several excitatory neurotransmitters, including glutamate, norepinephrine, and substance P, leading to its anticonvulsant and analgesic effects.
