Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Typically 500 mg initially, followed by 250 mg every 6-8 hours, or 500 mg twice daily. Max 1250 mg/day.
Elderly
Lower doses may be required due to increased risk of side effects. Max 750 mg/day.

Reduced dosage, careful monitoring; generally not recommended for severe impairment.
How to Take
