Dosage
Adults
Schizophrenia: Initially 10-15 mg/day, target range 10-20 mg/day. Bipolar mania: Initially 10-15 mg/day.
Elderly
Lower starting dose, e.g., 5 mg/day, with gradual titration under close monitoring.

How to Take
Administer once daily, with or without food. It is recommended to take it at bedtime due to potential sedation.
