Dosage

Adults

For children: 8 mg/kg/day once daily or in two divided doses. Max 400 mg/day. (Not for adult use)

Elderly

Not applicable for pediatric drops. (For children as specified above)

Renal_impairment

Dosage adjustment required in severe renal impairment (e.g., CrCl < 30 mL/min).

How to Take

Administer orally. Shake well before use. Use the provided calibrated dropper for accurate dosing. Can be taken with or without food.
