Overview of the medicine

Brodil Levo 2 mg Tablet contains Levosalbutamol, a selective short-acting beta-2 adrenergic agonist used to relieve symptoms of asthma and COPD such as coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.

Uses & Indications

Treatment or prevention of bronchospasm in adults, adolescents, and children 6 years of age and older with reversible obstructive airway disease.

Relief of symptoms of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other broncho-obstructive disorders.

Used for maintenance treatment in asthma and COPD.

Dosage

Adults

The usual recommended dose is 2 mg (one tablet) three times daily. May be adjusted based on patient response and tolerability.

Elderly

Dosage adjustment may be considered, starting with a lower dose and monitoring closely due to potential age-related organ function decline.

Renal_impairment

How to Take
