Mechanism of Action
Coldflu 10 mg Syrup works through its active ingredients: Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis; Phenylephrine acts as a decongestant by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages; and Chlorpheniramine acts as an antihistamine by blocking histamine H1 receptors, reducing allergic symptoms.
