Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
150 mg once daily or 75 mg twice daily, with or without food.
Elderly
Initial dose of 75 mg once daily, adjust based on renal function.
Renal_impairment
Caution advised, reduce dose to 75 mg daily if CrCl < 30 mL/min.
How to Take
Take the capsule whole with a glass of water, do not chew or crush.
Mechanism of Action
FF acts by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are mediators of pain and inflammation.
