Treatment of chronic viral hepatitis

Management of influenza virus infections

Dosage

Adults

400 mg once daily with or without food for 12 weeks, or as directed by physician.

Elderly

No dose adjustment required for elderly patients based on age alone; monitor renal function.

Renal_impairment

For creatinine clearance <30 mL/min, reduce dose to 200 mg once daily or as advised by physician.

How to Take

Take orally, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew.
