Patient Guidelines

• Inform your doctor about all other medications, including herbal supplements.
• Do not donate blood or plasma while taking cabozantinib and for at least 4 months after the last dose.

Missed Dose Advice

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is less than 12 hours before your next scheduled dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.

Driving Precautions

Cabozantinib may cause fatigue, dizziness, or vision changes. Patients should be cautious when driving or operating machinery if they experience these symptoms.
