Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
One 750 mg tablet twice daily, or as directed by the physician. Some regimens suggest 1500 mg once daily.
Elderly
No specific dose adjustment is required for the elderly. Dosage as for adults.
Renal_impairment
No specific dose adjustment is required for mild to moderate renal impairment. Use with caution in severe renal impairment, consult physician.
How to Take
Cosarin tablets should be swallowed whole with water. It can be taken with or without food, but taking it with food may help to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.
