Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
200-400 mg (1-2 teaspoonfuls) 4 times daily after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by physician.
Elderly
No specific dose adjustment is usually required.

How to Take
Shake the bottle well before each use. Take orally after meals and at bedtime. Can be taken with water if desired.
