Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
For duodenal ulcer: 150 mg twice daily or 300 mg once daily at bedtime. For GERD: 150 mg twice daily.
Elderly
No specific dose adjustment needed based on age alone, but monitor renal function.

Dose reduction may be necessary for severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <50 mL/min).
How to Take
Oral. Can be taken with or without food.
