Fexten 30 mg Suspension is an antihistamine medication containing Fexofenadine, primarily used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives). It helps alleviate sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, watery eyes, and skin itching.

Uses & Indications

Relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) in children aged 2 to 11 years.

Treatment of uncomplicated skin manifestations of chronic idiopathic urticaria in children aged 6 months to 11 years.

Dosage

Adults

Not typically recommended for adults; adult formulations (tablets) are preferred. If used, 60 mg twice daily or 180 mg once daily based on condition.

Elderly

Not specifically studied for suspension; adult dosage forms are usually considered.
